One of the main causes for slow or no connectivity is that the firewall, anti-virus and/or anti-spyware programs did not get disabled during installation. One of the first troubleshooting steps that can be taken is to uninstall and reinstall making sure these items are disabled during install.

SpyBot TeaTimer:
1. Open Spybot and click on Mode and check Advanced Mode
2. Check yes to next window.
3. Click on Tools in bottom left hand corner.
4. Click on System Startup icon.
5. Uncheck Teatimer box.
6. Click Allow Change box.
SpywareGuard:
Right click the running icon of SpywareGuard, it will open the program. Then go to Menu, file, exit.
Then confirm the program is closed.
SpySweeper:
1. Open it
2. Click Options over to the left then program options
3. Uncheck "load at windows startup".
4. Over to the left click "shields" and uncheck all there.
5. Uncheck "home page shield".
6. Uncheck "automatically restore default without notification".
Ad-Watch:
Right click on the Ad-Watch icon in the system tray. At the bottom of the screen you will see 2 options, "Active" and "Automatic".
Active: This will turn Ad-Watch OnOff without closing it. Automatic: Suspicious activity will be blocked automatically.
Uncheck both options as shown in the accompanying sample.
Spyware Doctor :
1. Click the Spyware Doctor icon in the System Tray.
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Startup Settings under Pick a Category.
4. Uncheck Run at Windows startup.
5. Click Apply and Exit Spyware Doctor
Spyware Doctor will also identify incorrectly identify us as 'spyware' and remove the program from your computer. To safe list our program you mad add us to the "Ignore List".
1. Run a Spyware Doctor scan with ContentWatch installed
2. In the results window, de-select all items except for ContentWatch
3. With ContentWatch selected, click on the "(click to select which infections should be fixed)" link
4. Choose "Move Checked to Ignore List"
5. This will place ContentWatch applications in the Ignore list, and will allow the two applications to remain functional on the same machine.

If you forget the primary administrator password, you must do one of the following:
1. If you have more than one administrator account, another administrator can change your password for you by logging in to Admin Tools, selecting your user profile from the Users list, and changing the password in the Profile Settings dialog.
2. At the Admin Tools login, click Forgot Password. Your Web browser launches and takes you to the ContentWatch™ Web site where you are asked to enter the email address you specified when installing Net Nanny. An email is then sent to this address containing a link to a Web page that asks you the secret question you entered when you installed Net Nanny. When you type the secret answer, you are then allowed to change your password for this account.
3. Select Remote Management from the system tray icon menu and, in the Web page that appears, click Forgot Password. You are prompted to enter the email address you specified when installing Net Nanny. An email is then sent to this address containing a link to a Web page that asks you the secret question you entered when you installed Net Nanny. When you type the secret answer, you are then allowed to change your password for this account.
4. Send a password request to info@contentwatch.com or call Customer Support at 1-800-485-4008. You must provide the following information to change the primary administrator password:
