Founder, President and CEO

Peter A. Wengert has over 15 years experience in Leadership, Sales, and Marketing. He has worked for Anheuser Busch, HP divested companies Agilent Technologies, Phillips Medical Systems, and most recently, PSS World Medical, Inc. Peter has been successful in positions including Sales Representative, Sales Leader, Marketing Manager, Business Segment Manager, Regional Diagnostic Leader, and Business owner and Founder. In 1995 he held the position of Bisiness owner and Founder for the company Biomedical Innovations, Inc. which does work with PC Based Medical Diagnostic Equipment. In college Peter and co-founder Ricardo Aguilar started a successful Direct Mail and Student Marketing firm called Campus Media Group, Inc. Peter has focused years of learning and implementing proven Sales and Marketing practices, Management through Leadership and heavy focus on Managerial Emotional Intelligence development. Peter’s passion is in business development, driving the company’s initiatives through strong channel partnerships and providing Leadership and Development of the bioTRAiTS team. Peter’s course work focused on BSBA, Marketing at the University of Central Florida. He studied extensively MBA courses in Market Management, Venture Entrepreneur Management and High Tech Sales and Marketing.



Founder, Chief Operations Officer

Ricardo Aguilar received an Associate of Arts degree from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from the University of Central Florida. In 1996, he opened KDR Photo System, a successful commercial art photo studio. He is a founder of bioTRAiTS Inc and currently sits on several high visibility Boards in the Central Florida Community: The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Regional Chamber of Commerce Small Business Board, the HBIF Tactical Committee, the Catholic Dioceses School Board for nine Counties, and is Past President of the HOA Andover Lakes. Ricardo published a book Called “Cuba through the eyes of an Exile Generation”. He has coached for the East Orange Soccer Club, Orange County Parks and Recreation football leagues, and Good Sheppard Catholic School CMac and CYL leagues.



Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer

Roberto Torres, Chief Technology Officer, is responsible for the information technology (IT) strategy and all of the company's IT assets. This includes company application development, data management, technology infrastructure, data center operations, and telecommunication networks. He brings more than 20 years of technical expertise to this key organizational position, which also oversees the creation of practical design methods critical to product enhancements. Although very analytical and detail oriented, Robert is also very entrepreneurial. This unique combination repeatedly empowers our firm to do whatever it takes to solve the problem and deliver real value for our clients and business partners. Prior to joining bioTRAiTS, Roberto was CEO of Reliable Tech Experts, a biotraits company. Previously, Roberto held the position as Director of Information Technology with MONY Group (Mutual Life of New York), where his responsibilities included leading a field technology team, providing leadership, direction, and fully performing operational support of existing application systems. Prior to his service at MONY, Robert held an IT position at American Express Financial Advisors. Roberto holds B.S. degree from The University of Puerto Rico.



Executive Vice President- Chief Financial Officer

Patrick Jannotti has over 15 years experience in Finance and Business Operations. Patrick received his Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. Patrick’s entrepreneurial spirit has allowed him to be successful in growing two software and information technology companies from $20M to $100M each, selling one of the companies and taking the other company through a successful IPO. Patrick’s career has spanned EDS-Newtrend to SunGard-HTE where he has held positions of CFO, Director of Operations and Director of Strategic Alliances. Patrick loves the outdoors and has a true passion for growing hot peppers from around the world.



Director of Sales

Tracy Pugh is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in both Finance and Real Estate. During college, Tracy worked at IBM assisting the sales and marketing teams. After graduation, Tracy spent 5 years in the finance industry and worked for two prominent companies World Omni Finance and Green Tree Finance. After leaving the finance industry, he took a position with Physician Sales and Service, Inc. where he spent the next 10 years in the medical distribution industry. Within PSS, Tracy excelled in several positions including local sales consultant, Regional Diagnostic Specialist and Regional and Director of Corporate Accounts. Tracy owned and successfully ran D & P Legacy Investments, LLC, a real estate investment company.



President of Consumer Security Products

Todd Folds has over 16 years in Sales, Marketing, and Entrepreneur business experience. Todd received a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Technology from Indiana State University. After graduation, Todd has been successful in several business ventures which include aerospace, franchise ownership with multi state and store operations, and in the insurance industry with both national and international products and services. In 2003, Todd launched Identity Protection Association of America, IPAA, to help families combat Identity Theft. After completing a successful merger of IPAA in 2008, Todd turned his passion towards helping families protect their most valuable assets their children from on-line predators. Todd is a member of several national and international organizations, accomplished commercial rated pilot, and enjoys golf.



Marketing Director

Daryl Rapp is a graduate from the University of Central Florida. For the last 10 years, he has worked in a number of creative environments, which has led him to be a well-rounded marketing and creative director. Being an award-winning designer and a project coordinator, he has lead many startup companies creating strong brand development. He started his own marketing and design company over 3 years ago, doing work for companies such as the Walt Disney company. As an artist, he is always looking for new ways to deliver a message - to get people to see something in a way they have never seen it before, and by extension, to think about it in a way they have never thought about it before. Succeeding in doing so is as important to advertising as it is to fine arts.
